@EntertainerToys You need to sort your website out. Ordered this, collect 30 minutes only to get to the store to be told it'll be 3 days! Bluewater staffs answer to this was " oh yeah that's just how it is"

@asda Just had a baby and currently can't get out to shop, online order placed, express delivery paid for as needed specific food for older child with ASD and Arfid. Was supposed to be delivered between 4pm and 5pm, but currently still waiting

@virginmedia honestly never had such poor internet connection or customer service. Internet constantly dropping out, unable to connect, no issues according to the app, try to call nothing but bots, and still waiting for a reply on the WhatsApp from the 26th August!

@IcelandFoods book a delivery for 9am-11am today, conveniently a system error meant my delivery didn't get put on a van and would be delivered between 6-8pm. Now received a text "due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery is running late" No updates on time it will arrive.
