This is white morality and justice: This was Yoshihiro Hattori - he was a foreign exchange student in Louisiana. A small, Asian kid who went to the wrong house for a Halloween party and was killed by a 6’2 white guy just for knocking on the door. Not only that, but whitey and his wife tried to get the neighbors to not dial 911 and let the kid die. The police wasn’t going to arrest the white guy and it took the Feds AND the Japanese government to get involved and they charged whitey with Manslaughter. The jury found him NOT Guilty of Manslaughter and let the whitey walk. Yeah, STFU.

Every country having its own unique reason for fertility collapse leads me to believe these are simply second and third order effects of growing Capital. The incentives for Capital to get women educated and into the workforce are very straight forward, but this comes with a direct tradeoff against childcare and faces cultural resistance. Each society has its path of least resistance from traditional culture to industrial society, so that path naturally becomes the path most likely taken given the optimizing nature of a Capital. This is the best explanation for why fertility crashes across various groups seem widely different besides two consistent variables across all societies: women's education level and increasing (though not necessarily high) income. The only hang up I run into is why the fertility crash is accelerated for more recent industrializing groups and often surpass more mature ones. My take is that the memeplex that came out of a slowly industrializing economy, having necessarily become more anti-natalist over time, will eventually select for memeplexes that buck the trend. If you look into declining demographic groups, you can often bifurcate them into their low fertility and high fertility cohorts with white liberals vs white conservatives being a prime example. Without time to develop their own counter memeplex to immunize themselves, societies only recently industrializing are going to be especially susceptible to the anti-natalist egregores coming out of the West via the internet and education. I'm still not entirely satisfied with this explanation, but it's the most consistent across groups that I've found so far.

No matter what your theory about birth rate collapse is, there’s some data point that disproves it. Japan didn’t have the pill when fertility collapsed. There are highly patriarchal countries where fertility is collapsing. It’s collapsing in countries that are still poor. It’s collapsing in places with more generous social support for families. It’s almost like a psychic alien just decided to phase humans out.

Trump is going to make an important decision soon. This decision will decide if we are a sovereign nation or not. This decision will shape the entire political landscape in midterms dramatically.
