Hey @lululemon your stuff is way too expensive for you to use @FedEx SmartPost as your shipping method. It’s like the slow train to nowhere. Going on 13 days now since shipment and still somewhere in the bowels of the FedEx network.
Hey @AlaskaAir and @BofA_Help everyone is super excited about your new loyalty program and credit card. But it’s really poor form to charge the $395 annual fee faster than the card actually arrives. No premium card provider does that.
