"Total ask of ₳39,787,316 is based on an average market rate of $176/hour for senior Cardano infrastructure engineers, a conservative ADA/USD conversion rate of 0.25" $366,000 a year for a senior engineer is unbelievable in this market. And if we start budgeting multi-year proposals based on a $0.25 ADA price, the treasury simply won’t last. We should be bullish on ADA’s price, not bearish.

Let’s remember for a second; who first sold us $BOS. For me it was Sheldon Hunt towards the tail end of his time at Emurgo. First I heard of $BOS or sundial. Read a lot into the BTC bridge at that time due to the associated CH drama with $BOS. Anyways, I find it really strange that the guy that sold us $BOS, paired up with the guy that sold us $Summon (Adam Rusch - @AdamRusch) and HOSKY to run a Cardano Constitution seat. today, dreps will fund another infrastructure project with 8,000,000 ADA. and it will not bring anything to cardano again and again you guys try to fix things by "improving infrastructure". this is not a problem anymore. i can tell you coz I have been building here for 5 years and built the most user-intensive and fast dapp in the space. check @snekdotfun, it works like your cex or any solana dapp the real problem, dear dreps, is lack of onboarding tools for our dapp to onboard at least some of the web3 audience. and hence a lack of users in the ecosystem. at least we need to have phantom wallet integration another real problem is the global cardano brand perception. u know everything about that p.s. nothing against harmonic labs. i don't know any of them personally but i hope they are here for good. i also hope that they will manage to use coding agents to ship everything they promised within 2 months and have fun.
