@JackBox I order my mobile order in the wrong city and requested a refund. I was told that a representative would contact me about the case but It’s been around a month and I haven’t heard anything since. Even went to as far as submitting it twice and still nothing.

@CoxHelp I tried moving my internet router and modem to another room but it says it is not connected to the internet even though it's connected same source the other cable was coming from. Is it only supposed to work in that one room?
