The suspect shot the officer three times. Bullet proof vest stopped two of them, the other hit him in shoulder. The officer still regains control and fights to save his life. Patient onboarding accompanied by AI diagnostics + AI checklists (@Atul_Gawande ) plus referral guidence in CoPilot form. @tylercowen highlighted how Singaporians are using TM and GP to cut costs. Imagine that with AI.

I am very bullish on Dr LLM. That said. One big reflection from PillPack / Amazon — it’s very hard to automate things humans do. It’s much easier to structure and give them tools. There’s probably more wood chop via better ops / process in reducing burn out than there is in sexy improvements from LLMs.

I’ve always loved this prediction. And I think it’s right. Though my guess is in practice it looks less like replacing what we think of as doctors today and more like replacing and dramatically improving how people engage with Dr Google. Which will actually drive more demand for downstream high quality medical services (aka doctors).

@tobi Yes! In general, voice and keyboard setting could be more accommodating to a multilingual population. E.g. Intuitive language recognition & automatic transition of keyboard settings would be most welcome.

I’m envious of how well google voice typing works for English native speakers. Who do I need to bribe at google to add more accented English to the training corpus?
