I contacted @bookingcom —no duty of care, no concern for my wellbeing. Spoke to multiple advisors I could barely hear due to poor call quality, and none could assist or offer any compensation. Left stranded in a foreign country. Absolutely unacceptable. #disgrace @Tripadvisor

I have used @Tripadvisor since I started travelling in 2018 and generally it’s been great bar the odd few incorrect locations. However using Tripadvisor in the Balkans is a horrendous experience, so many incorrect locations and when you correct them they get declined.

We booked a room RIGHT ACROSS from Dover Speedway for NASCAR months ago and you just CANCELLED it TWO WEEKS before the race. 30 years we've been coming to this race and you screwed us over like this.
