Drug trafficking, racketeering, and murder charges. 10 more indictments handed down to La Eme members already in state prison. • Houston synagogue plot disrupted: 18-year-old arrested in North Carolina and a 16-year-old in Texas charged with conspiracy to commit mass murder at Congregation Beth Israel, Texas's oldest Jewish congregation. Tip came in Tuesday. Plot stopped. • Maduro raid insider-trading case: Active-duty Green Beret Gannon Ken Van Dyke charged with using classified information to bet $33,000 on the Maduro capture operation, netting over $409,000 on Polymarket. Charges include commodities fraud, wire fraud, and theft of nonpublic government information. • Denton County hostage rescue: FBI Hostage Rescue Team breached a home in Aubrey, Texas at 1 a.m. after a multi-day standoff. A young girl released safely the night before. The adult female victim rescued with only minor injuries. Suspect Michael Miller, 57, in custody on kidnapping, aggravated assault, and unlawful restraint.

Asadabad, Afghanistan 2002: Engineers came to our FOB and “redid” the piss tubes. They were previously individually driven into the ground. They incorporated them into a single pipe that ultimately drained into the river. Sanitary and stuff, right? One cold morning I went to take my morning piss, and the “piss steam” from the guy two tubes down rose out of my tube, right into my face. Good times.

@OnDisasters I think that's just generally how you're supposed to pull off an autorotation landing: flare off forward speed to maintain air flow across the rotor and reduce your sink rate. A real helo pilot can correct me if I'm wrong here

It is ABSURD that Coinbase only displays 10 total digits of your deposit address. There's no straightforward way to view the entire address, leaving users vulnerable to clipboard hijacking and lookalike-address attacks. Needs to change @coinbase

I have always been an ardent supporter of President Trump and his crypto friendly policy. As an early supporter who invested heavily in World Liberty Financial, I did so because I believed in the vision that was presented to the public: a decentralized finance platform that would promote financial freedom, remove intermediaries, and bring the benefits of DeFi to mainstream Americans. What was never disclosed — to me or to any investor — is that World Liberty embedded a backdoor blacklisting function in the smart contract used to deploy WLFI tokens. This function gives the Company unilateral power to freeze, restrict, and effectively confiscate the property rights of any token holder, without notice, without cause, and without recourse. This is the opposite of decentralization. This is a trap door marketed as an open door. I denounce the ongoing token scandals by the bad actors at WLFI. I am the first and single largest victim, as a result of their wrongful blacklisting of my WLFI token wallet back in 2025, that violates basic investor rights and blockchain principles of fairness. Every action taken by the WLFI team to extract fees from users, to secretly implant backdoor controls over user assets, to freeze investor funds without disclosure or due process, and to treat the crypto community as a personal ATM — all of these actions are illegitimate and were never authorized by any fair, transparent, or good-faith community governance process. The governance votes cited to justify these actions were not conducted through a fair or transparent process. Key information was withheld from voters, meaningful participation was restricted, and the outcomes were predetermined. These votes do not represent the will of the community — they represent the will of those who designed them. These actions have nothing to do with me. They have nothing to do with the investors who believed the promises this project made. We oppose every one of these actions in the strongest possible terms. The WLFI team’s actions erode trust in the project. Unlock the tokens and uphold transparency for the community. Let’s build with integrity, not misconduct.

I feel like we could have this discussion every day. I have told many a young Captain, "Sir, if you are telling me you're in charge, you're not in charge." Show me you're in charge by doing what leaders do. That doesn't have to be loud and brash, and if you have to say you're something you're not it. Loud loses its value if it's always loud. Be loud only when you have to be. Calm, consistent, and thoughtful, accompanied by a willingness to listen and hear all sides. Then, decisive and committed action. That's leadership in Dan's opinion. **General comments. Not meant to be an assessment of current leadership**

We have a saying in SOF: "If you won't point out the mistakes your team is making, the enemy will sure as f*ck point them out for you..." This is why people in SOF are so critical of their own teams. If I criticize my own team it's because I want the team to be/do better. That being said..."If you have to tell people you're in charge...you're not in charge." If there is any doubt maybe you should make it abundantly clear so there are no misunderstandings... you feel where I'm going with this one????

Think VA medical, job, community involvement/connection, mental health, etc. Stage 1: up to 2yrs from transition Stage 2: 2yrs to 6mo Stage 3: 6mo to transition Stage 4: transition + 2yrs Stage 5: >2yrs post transition Trying to make sure I’m not missing a category on the service I’m trying to build.
