“bacon” seasoning sauce for tofu or tempeh: toasted sesame oil, maple syrup, soy sauce, a drop of liquid smoke and two twists of black pepper.
put the sauce in a small bowl and mix. then spoon over tofu/tempeh as it’s frying.

@davidtedu For Jax? Not really, I don’t know if he’ll be back at 2024 levels but it should be closer to 1.00 (I think most projections are around 1.03-1.05)

Nothing I have seen in Adobe Spark, Canva, or Gemini has been better than any kid’s art.

Paper + Tech Activity: Students do a creative writing activity.
then, I take a picture of some of their papers and give them to Google Gemini.
I tell it to turn their creative writing into a comic strip.
it was a neat way for students to see how AI reimagined their work and spot any flaws.
