Requesting @DGCAIndia & all airlines in India to prohibit the use of speaker devices on board. It's v stressful to listen to a cacophony of devices on speakers, without headsets. And interferes with cabin announcements esp if there's an emergency. @airindia @IndiGo6E @AkasaAir

It's a telling testament to how poor behaviours & commitment run rife - & roughshod on consumers - in India. I tried renewing an insurance policy. Compared prices and riders across various. I almost went with @ACKOIndia but didn't at the last minute. Went with @heydigit

Another shoutout to @airindia for its superb service, this time #LHR to #CCU. There's been a huge improvement in the on board services. What really impressed this time was #servicerecovery after my LHR-DEL #AI2018 was delayed slightly & I missed a tight connection to Cal.
