Pierre is going to say the budget is balanced.
But here’s what they’re not telling you:
• Spending still grows
• Bureaucracy still expands
• Federal money still drives policy
• Special funds hide the real size of government
The South Dakota Constitution limits government to the ordinary expenses of running the state.
Taxpayers deserve transparent budgets and disciplined spending — not government growth hiding behind the word “balanced.”

House Bill 1212 would have established equal protection of the laws for preborn babies. @dcjordan94 not only SPONSORED House Bill 1212, but voted in favor of the measure in committee and even tried to FORCE a vote on the floor!
@dcjordan94 withstood establishment pressure the entire time, including from Fred Deutsch, a career “pro-life” lobbyist who URGED lawmakers to oppose House Bill 1212.
Fred Deutsch is now running to unseat him in House District 4. This means one of the STRONGEST advocates for preborn babies in the South Dakota House could be unseated by someone who helped keep abortion LEGAL in South Dakota.

The best thing that could happen to America is for Americans to open their eyes to the absolute truth that “we are not voting our way out of this.”
Then and only then can we accept the following truths:
1. Voting was NEVER the established way of controlling government in our Constitutional Republic.
2. Voting is ONLY the mechanism by which we choose representatives whose job is to follow our Constitution and secure our rights.
3. Representatives ONLY do their job when Americans do their job which is to be ever present “lobbyists” to ensure that our Representatives are doing their jobs.
Control of government doesn’t come through elections. It comes from what we do every other day of every other year. When we have no control over government that means the people are not doing their jobs.

In the 2025 session I prime sponsored HCR 6009 to sue the nation of China and all responsible parties for the release of the Covid 19 bio weapon. It overwhelming passed the House and lost on two ties in the Senate. I am bringing it again in the 2026 session! I will do whatever I can to help the people of South Dakota!
