@tferriss myofascial release with lacrosse ball or softball on hip flexors and quads.
Laying on ground with your weight on ball, work from the TFL all the way through the rectus femoris up to just above the knee cap. Breathe deeply into pain.
Take 30 minutes to do both L and R

@iamgatao @BigManBakar Thank you Moe, glad you enjoyed it. Yes, I probably will do a season retro analysis and highlight some of the players I'll be interested in for next season. What kind of questions do you have about data-based team building?
English

@deallen7 @BigManBakar Hi David, I just finished reading your blog about Fantasy Premium League and I loved it. I think it brings so much insight and value. So I was wondering if you plan to write more about acquiring data and analyzing them to make valuable decisions building your team soon?
English

@Aella_Girl learning to program was still fresh in my memory when I wrote a lot of those tutorials, and they give A LOT more detail than what you might find in documentation and forums.
If you like working with data, Python/Pandas/Jupyter notebooks are a powerful stack.
Keep it up!
English

@Aella_Girl It's frustrating to get started but fun when you figure out how to do something interesting, i.e. upload a csv and turning it into a dataframe for analysis.
If you are looking for more tutorial-type materials on Pandas and Python check these out: blog.devgenius.io/getting-starte…

@selentelechia Yes. And entire handfuls of potting soil. 🤷♀️
English

@longstoryfarms Completely agree. I imagine many different possible states of balance, that each have their unique fruit qualities and yield.
All influenced by this season's unique balance in micronutrient/mineral levels, soil pH, sun, water, companions, temp, +
English

@deallen7 There is probably something beyond that at a micronutrient level that is relevant. It just makes me wonder. I am reading a book that talks about these butterfly effects in natural systems. Many more relationships than our reductionist systems thinking takes into account.
English

@longstoryfarms Recipe might be as simple as more compost, more water and doing a better job pruning for next season. This I will try.

English

@deallen7 I bet someone has researched that but I don't know anything. The mysore took over about 400 sq ft from 2 stems and are growing in everything from clay to purchased topsoil to compost. I ought to see if there is any difference across the soil.

@longstoryfarms My red raspberry is in its 2nd year. Hoping for more flavor and yield this time around. Last year's fruit was pretty bland.
English

@deallen7 Yes! Very nice flavor. A little sweeter maybe that a red raspberry.
