Cyclone Vaianu was forecast to be "damaging, potentially life-threatening." Turns out it was mostly a weather warning system that didn't kill or injure anyone. Not complaining about being safe. But maybe — just maybe — our forecasters could dial back the apocalyptic language when the data's uncertain. Crying wolf has consequences. #NZPol

@EmilyBennepcp And North Shore have been forced to contribute to the CRL that they will never benefit from. Maintenance needs to be user funded. Marathons that use it need to pay. Hikoi that use it need to pay also.

@deanonzl Hi Adrian, thanks for pointing that out. It pops up on our maps but not others. A close road would be Gregory Ln. We are currently waiting for an update shortly. Once that comes through I will update the location. ^EH
