@bt_uk Of course we have spoken to them on at least 6 occasions. They don’t know what they are doing. They talk about us changing the telephone number when it’s been the same number for 15 years. They say there is a temporary number but won’t tell us what it is. Absolute chaos!

@bt_uk you made my 93 yr old MIL have a new digital phone. 14 days later and we still can’t call her. Going to be more than a week before it’s mended. We have to drive miles everyday to make sure she takes her tablets as the phone doesn’t work. Nice way to treat the elderly!

@RoyalMail customer service is useless. Awaiting a delivery from Plusnet. requested it be delivered next door as I am out.Still delivering to my address. Tried the phone. 18 x I’ve read my tracking number and it repeats back incorrectly. Now an hour to wait to speak to someone!

@AskNationwide my partner has been trying to get through on your call centre and was on hold for 45 mins and has just given up! He has had the same payment go out 4 times and wants to get back 3 of them while they are still pending. How is he supposed to achieve this ?
