Brought hindware cooler delivered in April 2026.product having manufacturing defect confirmed by service centre it was non repairable but @flipkartsupport says @Hindware_India they say @Flipkart provide you replacement.>1m passed

@Hindware_India what a great customer team,it's been 1 month passed still your service team asking same question what is the problem. From last 1 month I'm tired to explain same thing.Ask your service centre 1st and @flipkartsupport about the problem. Worst product & service

it's my suggestion to everyone before buying any product do training from @Hindware_India bcz they want customer himself dismantle & check in open box delivery.before asking customer ask ur service person about defect.means it's customer liability to check manufacturing defect?

Level of shamelessness @flipkartsupport ,still saying contact to brand as this is 2nd time i shared service job sheet but flipkart say its not proper. I call service centre>20 times still same invoice,@Hindware_India share what they want & learn accordingly to make job sheet

It's my fault in this peak summer i trusted @Hindware_India & @flipkartsupport how is it possible your product with manufacturing defect delivered without quality check & service centre advice talk to flipkart & flipkart say talk to brand wasted 1 month.

Flipkart is a Chor company selling online defective and damaged products which are not repaired replaced or refunded. Please don’t buy any electronics products from Flipkart if you wish to live in peace and don’t want to be cheated of your hard earned money. I have been a victim.

yes, @Flipkart @flipkartsupport is scam , same issue I am facing with Marq AC purchase , their technician has confirmed the AC is non repairable, yet not approving return, even I have recording of call their technician confirmed to Marq support person to over call. #flipkartisscam

I’m experiencing the same issue for the fourth time. I’ve already replaced the pencil 3 times since I bought the product in October 2024. It’s been 1.5 months raising complaint(case id-102837638101),no any proper resolution yet.@Apple @AppleSupport battery drain heat&hang issue

@ZeptoNow great customer service.if you purchase any thing from zepto it's ur luck wheather you will get right product or you have to suffer like me brought a maggi fully crushed into pieces show to there delivery boy but still coustom support team denied to accept there fault..

@ZeptoNow such a bad after sell service.i order maggi oder id-PMUTVDMRQ97229.it was broken i told delivery agent he told me it will replace just drop a complaint on zepto app.but no action taken yet..ordered to eat now but thanks to zepto i can't..just waiting for mail reply
