So after 4 hours of being on hold, the customer service representative said they are short staffed, for the last 6 months. If you deal with BMO Mastercard beware if you call, your wait time can be this long.

As anyone tried calling BMO Mastercard? Been on hold for 3h35 so far. What is going on @BMO? This is outrageous.

@Dan_GT2 @BMO @BMO will be losing our business as well, after over 40 yeard and 5 credit cards currently. Calling in has an approximate 2 hour wait... SERIOUSLY?? was the same a few months ago when I tried to get through. I guess @Visa or @AmexCanada will love to get our business

Went to buy groceries this morning with @bmo Mastercard but it was locked. We didn't receive Feb statement and the new @bmo corporate policy is 'Miss one payment and your card is locked' We pay every bill on time but yet @bmo didn't care. So @bmo will be losing our business.
