@JaneFallon The worst part is the waiting, once you have a diagnosis and you know the plan, you're on the home stretch. Distract yourself when needed, take drugs when needed (diazepam is good for anxiety) and be gentle with yourself. It IS a lot, but one day at a time. Sending love to u both
