@urbancompany_UC ur professionals & ur customer service is loosing its touch. It’s not the same standards as it used to be. Every time they accept booking, sit on it till the last hour and then contact households to work outside the app. Also no customer team attend to the query

What are they been paid for. @pratikpota your team has bunch of frauds who are completing monthly target without providing any service to customers
