@LitBars @MoxieBoosted different games call this different things. in hearthstone it was called roping. In magic, stalling. In pokemon, running out the timer. They arent taking forever cause they slow, they are taking forever cause they want to stall and hit the 20 minute time limit for draw

I need new players to understand that when somebody forfeits in pokemon champions its not a "rage quit". Sometimes it can be, but in a turn based game like pokemon youre just acknowledging that you dont have any outs and dont want to waste you or your opponents time.

Nevertheless, there are some things I really wanted to tackle – as a kind of new challenge. One of the things you could see… for example, was that all the Pokemon have their own shadows. These shadows and the spatial depth they create are one of the things that was particularly important to me. I really wanted to incorporate that kind of visual reality into the game. And another thing I want to mention is the battle effects: we developed them from scratch in this game. I was very thorough in reviewing them and personally went through every single one. Phew, that was a lot of moves.

Jury duty is such complete BS!!! My son is on his 2nd full week. The State just rested so there is at LEAST another 2 wks! He’s used all his PTO. Parking is $14/day & pay is $20/day. During questioning he said it would cause financial hardship. They don’t care 😡

@definitelyBenny @PengyTwitch Lmao there's no way that works well. You cant learn from showdown matches efficiently without heuristics. Curious, How many tokens are you spending and what is the peformance like? Do you have sample outputs?

PSA: Don't use AI slop tools to help analyze VGC they will feed you a ton of misinformation and actively make you a worse player
