🚨 Over 100 milk jugs full of urine at Discovery Park, one of Seattle’s most beautiful parks. A man battling severe untreated mental illness lives alone in a tent here, refusing every service offered. We Heart Seattle was cleaning up and thought we’d seen it all. This one hurts. We have real sympathy for his struggle, but our parks belong to everyone. When is someone considered “gravely disabled”?
