Rented a unit from @PublicStorage in Hermitage, TN. Arrived today, after driving 400 miles. The gate was broken and the code provided to enter was invalid. Sadly, they are too cheap to employ a site manager to assist customers in situations like this. #Annoyed

Avoid @Xfinity @XfinitySupport at all cost if you expect efficient, honest & excellent customer service. I’ve spent a total of 8 hours on the phone (and am still on hold) with Customer Service. Back and forth between Billing & Customer Retention.

I had the most unpleasant customer experience at @meinekecarcare #2304 in Jamestown, NC. I received a ridiculous estimate for services; drove to another Meineke location in Gboro, NC for a 2nd opinion only to find that Jamestown’s estimate was twice the labor hours & cost! Why?
