for teams submitting to the frontier hackathon, one of the biggest levers right now is not just what you’re building it’s the narrative & storytelling around it. a strong narrative will reduce uncertainty for the judges. why is this important? because judges are not only evaluating the product. they are evaluating execution risk. the best submissions usually answer a few questions clearly: 1. who has the pain? 2. why is the pain urgent? 3. what insight led you to this solution? 4. what did you build that proves the insight? 5. why is this the right starting point? 6. why is your team unusually suited to win here? they are usually asking themselves: - does this team understand the market? - do they understand the user? - can they build fast? - do they have a unique insight, background, obsession, or advantage that makes them more likely to keep going when the hackathon ends? founder market fit is the story of why you see this opportunity more clearly than others and why you are especially capable of solving it. the strongest teams will not just walk judges through the product they will make the case for why this product should exist - here is the pain we found - here is the insight we had - here is the wedge we chose - here is what we built to prove it - here is why we are the right team to take it further that is what good storytelling does. it makes the product easier to believe & invest in. your demo shows what you made but your narrative shows why it matters, why now, and why you. @colosseum @superteamIE @superteam
