@AsurionCares help me with my claim! Rejected claim when I sent everything 3 times!!! Amazingly frustrating! Don’t offer insurance on Amazon if you don’t know how the receipts proof of purchase and insurance proof work on Amazon. Pointless insurance! Don’t get it!

@Asurion got rejected for an Amazon purchase because why? All the proof they ask for does not meet what they ask for. Sent, needs more proof, sent, needs more proof. Just a stupid circle only to get the claim rejected because they are not versed in what Amazon has available! Help

This isn’t a cheap purchase, it’s nearly $2000 and this is the kind of service we get for buying a so called “reliable product”? No way. This company can’t realistically believe it’s ok to just wait, for the product they’ve spent their hard earned money on, to be repaired,

What is so hard about a return, so we can live a quality of life that we were expecting when we purchased this nearly $2000 appliance? Just return and refund this horrible appliance! So we can move on!

@WhirlpoolCare I am grossly disappointed in this company(whirlpool), this is brand new fridge which we used all of 2 months before it stopped working. There needs to be a return of this product.

@Today(sept 19) the repair person came and come to find out that the diagnosis was wrong. Now we have to wait for another part for however long that is supposed to take. And per repair man’s instructions, that is when part arrives, we have to defrost our fridge for 48 hours.

@WhirlpoolCare Hey whirlpool, As of august 3rd, we have not had or whirlpool refrigerator fixed. We’ve been without. We were given a 150 gift card which didn’t cover the cost of a mini fridge,because there is tax and shipping costs, to substitute until fixing the problem.
