@cremieuxrecueil From my reading, this strain of hanta is pretty well known and while it does spread human-human, its doesnt do so easily. Not likely to cause mass pandemic seeing as it doesnt do that in South America where it is from.

@desecrtex @SSavson Ice cream has very minimal lactic acid unlike cottage cheese. Lactic acid causes inflammation and poor oxygen utilization. Also cottage cheese has little fat, which is part of what makes the ice cream such a great bed time snack.

Milk and honey or ice cream is the perfect “meal” to have late at night (if necessary) Minimal residue and easily digested, does not end up stalling and fermenting in small intestine and requiring digestion at night while sleeping Especially important during small bowel fermentation recovery

I mean if ur going close to failure… ur gonna have a reverse pyramid anyway as u get more fatigued even if u keep the sets the same . I think the good part of it is just doing 1 hard and heavy set first. 95% of gains from day prolly milady

@desecrtex @mrsamstuart @NoahRyanCo I also torrented it, many many years ago. Reverse pyramid is actually goated. Maybe I am biased since I came from the exact type of exercise he bashed as inferior to RPT where I would do three equals sets etc. But I made massive progress when I switched to RPT

@SRD5Alex Friday: 1 set of front squats to failure and then double overhand deadlift the same weight to failure That was it. But also i was eating slop and not doing any cardio , and i got very strong but it wasn’t healthy. Im vo2maxxing and have a different program now
