Declining kidney function is the most overlooked cause of death Only 55,000 US deaths/yr are attributed to it, yet ~37M have chronic kidney disease & this speeds heart disease, infection, frailty & early death. Markers to watch: Cystatin C & urine albumin

good job on following all the prescribed rules and playing fair in life. really commendable. you're older now, rarely said or pursued what you wanted, and have always watched other people courageously go for what they want but at least you never stepped on anyones toes well done

⚡️We just dropped a ServiceNow update for Inner Ring subscribers. Last month, when $NOW was crushed into the mid-$80s, we said the market had sold the wrong software company. It was the first live misclassification from our SaaS Fragility Map. The tape saw exposed SaaS. We saw agent-control infrastructure. Since then, $NOW has pushed back above $120. The first leg validated. But this is no longer the same setup. Inside today’s update, we map the new phase: what the move confirms, what still needs proof, and where the forecast points from here.

Incentives are overrated. Suppose you found the perfective incentive structure for the CEO role and then hired someone who wasn't smart enough to do it. It fails. That's one of the problems with America right now. Even if you believe the incentives of American capitalism are perfect, it's a small minority which can take advantage. The vast majority lacks the education to navigate the path to success which is littered with pitfalls. You might think Ai will solve it, but it can't. They don't know what to prompt. And they can't interpret the responses of what they prompt. Claude is only as smart as its user and its user will get hosed by payday loans, betting apps, credit cards, non-dischargeable student debt, etc. Young people are not equipped to handle this stuff and by the time they figure it out, their finances are destroyed for the rest of their lives. A lot of people don't care. Law of the jungle. But you don't want to live with people who don't have a path to happiness.

America is the only country on the planet that encourages their wealthy to invest and develop real estate and new businesses in exchange for less taxes. Find me a single place that does something similar at scale. I would not bet against America in the short and long term. Our asset management firms do weekly/daily standup meetings with the federal government money apparatus. I imagine all of them have a set of AI agents that are looking for anything and everything that can go wrong and are vigilant. Their kanban system works and I'm betting goodhart's law for various metrics is going exponential.

No gut issues ever start with bacteria, but they always start with: - Low stomach acid which should normally nuetralise 99.9% of harmful bacteria you swallow - Poor bile flow again leading to less antimicrobial pressure in the small intestine, also promotes biofilm formation - Too much oxygen in the gut lining, whether this is damage through NSAID's, Alcohol, Stress or other toxins it leads to more harmful oxygen loving bacteria growing - On a similar note a damaged gut lining from above things leads to less antimicrobial peptide production, your body literally loses it's compounds that balance the microbiome - Slow motility is usually a combination of above factors, and it leads to slower transit time and more bacterial fermentation - Again connecting to the above notes more damage to the gut lining = more damage to the mucus lining = less protection against bacterial toxins = more damage to the gut lining. Everyone loves to blame bacteria, but rarely anyone looks at why they even had the chance to overgrow in the first place, You can actually find which of these were the key players in your issues through very specific yet simple timeline and symptom mapping. I'll leave the link here and you can take the quiz if you want to find out and also want some free tips to begin working on it today: gutfix.ai/quiz

Most Peaters have no idea that they can order phages to erase specific gut bacteria instead of nuking everything with antibiotics for the tenth time. When I had Klebsiella overgrowth, I almost ordered anti Klebsiella phages, but fortunately I got rid of it before. Obviously, they’re expensive, and you won’t find a product for every single strain, but sometimes it might make sense - for example if you got rid of other pathogens but there’s still that one strain that seems to be too resistant. AFAIK, phages are at least as effective as antibiotics and come without any significant risks. You can obviously still start with antibiotics as a first line pharmaceutical treatment - they do have their place in many cases.

6’5 Chad larping as a deep philosophy bro basement dwelling incel and it worked out very well for him. It’s disrespectful to the real basement dwelling incels who really are about that life. Chad larps as one of them and blows up, no wonder why people are so black pilled these days. You know damn well this guy is not deep, goes outside, fucks girls, socializes, and makes a lot of money. Never believe these “I’m one of you” type of guys unless they really look the part.

MOTS-c is good for energy production and mitochondria is correct but it sounds lazy and does a disservice to the amount of things it can improve in your body. Its a very underrated peptide, being overshadowed by GLP-1s and its lack of human research. Keep an eye on MOTS-c.

The relationship domain is enjoyable for a man. You only need to make sure one person cares. You develop your'e own culture, language and world together. You have a lot of freedom. In the single domain you have to keep up to date with society. You have to impress many others. Your freedom is constrained. You need to be part of the game. This is why people coming off of long relationships prefer to jump back into another long one, instead of sitting in the single domain.
