@ViCustomerCare Very pathetic telecom service provider. I called on helpline number to waive off the late payment fee but CSA said they can't waive off, user can raise the request at their end via VI App. I tried the same but before waiving off its asking to enable Autopay why?

@IRCTCofficial Today I tried to login IRCTC account but it asked to verify your account with Mobile and Email OTP but I haven't received any OTP on mobile, recived only email OTP, then after few attempts it's prompting that OTP limit is exceeded for today. Very pathetic

Today, while traveling by metro, this beautiful scene was witnessed at Welcome Metro Station Platform 1. I request that just like during the COVID period when DMRC staff used to issue fines for not wearing mask, similar fines should be imposed for such acts as well.@OfficialDMRC
