Extremely poor service from @RailMinIndia. Train 02878 was scheduled to depart from Anand Vihar Terminal (ANVT) at 19:30 hrs. It is now 20:48 hrs and we are still stranded at the platform with zero updates. Please clarify the reason for this delay! @drmdelhi @RailwayNorthern

Why not action @SP_WR_Amd Because Despite reporting to the TC, the situation in S1 (22905 Okha-Shalimar) remains the same. Total chaos and overcrowding. Reserved passengers are being ignored. Requesting @RPFIndia to assist at the next station. @RailwaySeva @AshwiniVaishnaw

Traveling on 22905 Okha-Shalimar SF Exp is a nightmare. S1 coach is packed with unreserved people. No space to breathe even with a confirmed ticket. Why pay for a reservation if this is the reality? Please take action! @RailwaySeva @WesternRly @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial
