@astro_reid In this image, also taken from the Orion capsule, we see the divide between night and day, known as the terminator, cutting across Earth. Whether awake or dreaming, we're all here on this planet together.

Work on the upcoming Versova-Bhayander Coastal Road North Phase has begun in full swing after the recent Supreme Court clearance.
Once complete, Marine Drive to Bhayandar would become completely signal-free and the travel time would come down drastically to just 30-35 minutes.
Also, one could proceed towards Virar via the upcoming Uttan-Virar Sea Link thereby making Marine Drive to Virar signal-free with a travel time of just 45 minutes. Uttan-Virar Sea Link will start from the Bhayander interchange of this project.
This phase forms a major section of the larger plan to create a seamless signal-free link right from Marine Drive to Virar and Palghar.
The Versova-Dahisar-Bhayander Coastal Road will connect with the under-construction Bandra-Versova Savarkar Sea Link on one side and the upcoming Uttan-Virar Sea Link on the other. The upcoming Versova-Madh bridge will also connect directly with Versova-Bhayander Coastal Road.
Here's how the various interchanges of the upcoming Versova-Bhayander Coastal Road project would look like.

Got my UK visa yesterday, and honestly, I’m pleasantly surprised at how smooth and fast the entire process was.
I started filling the application on 17th March, submitted it on 19th March, had my biometric appointment on 24th March, and received the visa on 2nd April.
The whole experience felt so simple that I actually started worrying I might have missed something or done something wrong. Turns out, the anxiety was completely unnecessary.
If you’re planning to apply for a UK visa, it’s a pretty straightforward process if your documents are in order. Happy to help if anyone has questions.

EXCLUSIVE: #ThePitt star Supriya Ganesh, who plays Dr. Samira Mohan, will exit the series for Season 3.
According to an individual with knowledge of the situation, the decision is story-driven. As a teaching hospital, Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center regularly sees residents come and go.
Ayesha Harris, who plays senior night shift resident Dr. Parker Ellis, has been promoted to series regular for Season 3.

Had MRI for the first time. Enquired to doctor, why MRIs is so costly. He replied, machine cost plus setup requires 10cr+. Need to pay 16-19% duty on machines as well. Come out with two questions in mind.
First, why does the Government impose such duties on equipment used for essential and emergency medical treatment.
Secondly, I wondered why, even in 2026, we still need to import such machines instead of manufacturing it in India.

Dr. Kakodkar isn’t just warning as a scientist. He designed India’s nuclear roadmap. When he says abandoning thorium is “suicidal,” he’s watching 60 years of public investment get quietly buried.
Here’s what the news won’t connect for you: 👇
→ India holds 25% of the world’s thorium reserves; the largest share of any democracy
→ Our own thorium reactor (AHWR) has been stuck on a drawing board for 20 straight years
→ China has already built and tested the world’s first thorium molten salt reactor
→ We’re still “planning”
Now watch the timeline:
Nov 2025: Adani Group announces nuclear sector ambitions
Dec 2025: Modi govt “bulldozes” the SHANTI Act through Parliament in days, opens nuclear to private players, caps liability, allows 49% foreign investment
Feb 2026: Adani Atomic Energy Limited is born, targeting 30 GW
And instead of developing indigenous thorium capability through our own DAE scientists, NTPC signs a deal with a US firm (CCTE) to import thorium fuel technology; for reactors sitting right on top of India’s own thorium.
Read that again.
We have the world’s thorium. We couldn’t build our own reactor in 20 years. But we passed a law in 3 days to open the sector to a crony.
This isn’t policy failure. This is policy design.
Kakodkar is a patriot shouting into a void. The government isn’t abandoning thorium out of neglect; it’s abandoning Indian ownership of thorium, on purpose.
