It appears you don't understand the ABCs of capitalism. No capitalist would ever support population reduction. Ever growing numbers of buyers is the basic and essential need of capitalism. If capitalism cannot find new buyers it cannot convert its surplus output into useable profits that can be reinvested to accumulate capital. Without capital accumulation, capitalism as a system, ceases to exist!

Iran is kicking the US's ass right now, without any great need for direct intervention from China or Russia. Meanwhile China is striking new trade deals as the less volatile of the two major powers. Whether a Democratic candidate will slow down the auto-destruction of US empire or not, we're seeing that the US's recourse to neocon hard power is straining their alliances to the breaking point, and has certain budgetary limits on top of the lack of public approval. And it will take a long time to repair the damage done to their soft power, too; time which China will likely use to strengthen its hold in the Pacific
