@TKMaxx_UK just had an awful experience at Bishopegate, London store. Picked up Sckecher shoe on clearance for £22, only to be told off at till that I can't have it by Manjuna. Store Manager couldn't speak even after I requested to speak to.

@makemytrip I'm still awaiting a refund on booking ID NC754582308627475166 where your driver asked me to pay cash even though I had paid full in advance when booked a cab. I paid double for single ride. Please sort it.

@eggfreecakeuk Crumbling disappointment at Cake Box Sutton. Once reliable, now a let down. A £33.99 birthday cake was dry, crusty, and fell apart like stale pastry. Ruined the mood and the day. Once beloved, now avoided. Based on this, we won’t return and neither should you.
@EurostarUK Our Paris–London train arrived past midnight due to delays. No Underground, 1hr wait for taxi costing £40. With luggage, 2 small kids, cold & rain, the ordeal was exhausting. £40 compensation doesn’t reflect the real inconvenience we faced.
@virginmedia And yet again my complaint is marked as CLOSED after 28 days of no action to resolve the issue!! Issue remained open since January this year. Absolutely worst kind of service! Can someone HELP!!

A company like @virginmedia prides itself on high standards, yet I’ve had WiFi issues since day one. I raised a complaint in early Jan, but nearly 90 days later, no one has resolved it. This is unacceptable. Please provide an urgent update and solution.
Hi @NandosUK, usually I love your food but recent experience at your Sutton, UK was the worst. Full chicken platter was served like boiled food. No taste whatsoever. I had to take my wife to other restaurant so she could eat. Not going back or recommend to anyone.

@CommunityFibre Thanks again for acknowledgement. I did DM to your team. They came back saying can't reissue voucher as they have expired!! I didn't get a chance to use them. Promised £70 gone. No empathy for customers.
