I’m down 21.5kg (47.5lbs) this year & way stronger in the gym - factoring in 2/3 months of distractions & adjustments, was not bad. I started incorporating a little jogging into my routine on the treadmill today. Walk 45 secs and jog 15 secs. 5 mph on the jog and then 7 mph on the next min.
