@ATTHelp I have been on hold for an hour after speaking with a rude CSR for over 45 minutes. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he placed me on hold, and I've been here ever since. Is this how you treat your customers?

@InstacartHelp Your customer service is terrible. My account was suspended for no reason. I contacted a CSR this am. I sent the required info. She said my situation would be expedited. My account is still not active. The CSR I am on the phone now was put on a 10 minute hold.

Was recruited by @ValpoU to serve on a Women in Leadership Advisory Committee. Listened to a 'sales pitch' for 15 minutes. When I was permitted to speak I mentioned being an adjunct at @IUPUI. After hearing this @ValpoU said I wasn't qualified & ended the meeting. #Disrespect
