@axs get your website together please. I’ve attempted to purchase tickets 3 times and I’ve gotten error each time stating that there was problem with my payment method/attempt. Then your live agent chat wait time kept changing. I just want to buy tickets.

Hey @OnTrac_Shipping is this how yall typically handle deliveries? There was a pretty expensive electronic device in this package but even if there wasn’t, companies and consumers trust that you deliver packages with more care than this.
