Since #ENQ is one of the most leverged plays 45k bopd vs. 450-500m$ mcap. The FcF vs.mcap becomes extreme if dated Brent stay t 100-150$. Assume e.g. 50$*30k*365*0,6(40% tax)~300m FCF , difficult to model but this gives you a feeling. 2/2

@DrDiGiorgio And those hi incomes likely exist due to govt subsidies. Try billing what Medicare pays. Many people wouldn't be able to pay those rates.

Finished our taxes and came to a realization: In a two-physician household, one spouse's income is entirely confiscated by the government.

@dirtcheapbanks You lost me with $BKUT. Many banks have a goal of earning returns on equity. Others spend $10 mm on trophy offices in Utica NY.

@nicholasstaylor @LowkeyCapitaI @huntforcatalyst Expect nothing... ...but I am looking fwd to Paddy trying to explain how $100M+ of new inv'ts in Jan was somehow more compelling than a 175%+ gain investing that money into a tender offer instd!

Still pounding the table on $TFG.AS / $TFG.LN / $TFG . At a 61% discount to a very conservative NAV, it’s hard to justify management inaction. They’ve never cared much, but at what point does the gap become impossible to ignore?

@dirtcheapbanks Is there an activist play here? Market cap of 150M, seems like a fund could easily buy 10% and try to get board to implement buy backs?

I just wrote an article on Bank of Utica $BKUTK. One of the most fascinating small banks that I have ever looked at. I management ever decided to buy back shares, it would be one of the most accretive events in capital markets. I doubt the former will ever occur though.

Mr Neutral Man aka "Howard Marks of REITs”
Parents, What's the dynamic of kids birthday as they get a little older? It seems like when kids are 1-6 years old, everyone comes. But as they get to HSD/LDD years old, they stop doing kids birthdays. Used to be a great recurring annual gathering and get to see my friends. Kids sports/activities are getting in the way once again!!!!

@ShippingKemah And what if i told you buybacks have been minimal while mgmt keeps talking about expanding the fleet into "adjacent shipping sectors"? Can valuation make up for misalignment? (See: H. Vafias) $DLNG #BewareOfGreeksBearingShips

What if I were to tell you there was an LNG shipping company that is fully contracted until Q1 2028, paying a 5%+ dividend, <2x Net Debt/EBITDA, trading at 10x EPS. Would you bat an eyelid? Now what if I told you it was actually trading at 10x the Quarter? i.e. 2.5x EPS. $DLNG

Forget Bullish… We’re feeling Impish. $IMPP Imperial Petroleum is a profitable oil-shipping business with more than $300 million worth of tanker ships, for free, while earning high margins. And politics aside, a Venezuelan blockade could increase tanker rates. Just sayin’.

For transparency today I lost some money on Petrotal $tal.to #PTAL Will it come back? Yes. Have Petrotal been here before? Yes. Will there come a great time to buy more? Yes. Will gold stocks outperform Petrotal in next 6 months? I think so.

Down 30% YTD, near 5Y low, with a recent insider buy at 50%+ above today's price. That is Full House Resort $FLL, and its CEO Daniel Lee. A gaming veteran holding a 5% stake spent a decade fixing legacy problems. Sold off underperforming assets, built new ones, and showed early promise. I have a couple of different Brokerages, and for the one I have Stock Lending enabled, most all my tanker stocks are lent out, while hardly any of my dry bulk shares are. Interesting! Good luck to those #TANKER shorts …

Some names are clear winners from the large rate rally in Bulk (capes) and VLCC's AND are definiately not US based. These should be up way more today... Thinking about $NMM $TEN $CMBT as prime examples.
