If I'm Lamar Jackson in the offseason, I'm giving the Ravens an ultimatum: Replace John Harbaugh/ consult me on his replacement and I'll talk about a restructure of my 74.5 million 2026 cap hit/ new deal. If not, enjoy roster construction with my cap hit bc I also have a full No Trade Clause. It's no trading me unless I say yes and unless I am okay with the destination, which severely impacts the type of haul the Ravens can get. Side note: for someone who was criticized for not having an agent, he sure did negotiate a hell of a deal for himself, leverage wise.

I thought in 2023 the ravens had a clear opportunity to “ graduate” Harbaugh to a executive role where he still got to press the buttons and touch the flashy lights to keep him entertained Now, they have ANOTHER very good opportunity to let him go coach a college team that he, his brother and the organization has a billion ties to. If he still wants to coach, let him coach at Michigan.
