Inequality in the ownership of land causes poverty amid prosperity. This question was answered in Henry George's 1879 work Progress and Poverty. To this day his theory is supported by modern housing and property tax data. Housing is unaffordable because of land.

Their most expensive player costs $9.5M on the cap, and nearly all their core is locked in for less than $9M. My take on their cap situation is it's setting them up to be a Cup contender for a long time.
