Morning! It’s a murky start with thick mist hanging low in the air I didn’t expect to see much out on my run but then I had THIS incredible encounter with a heron! Its stately silhouette is absolutely perfect against the mist, made my day! Happy Thursday! #ThursdayMotivation

I’ve made a couple of hanging baskets from old baskets I had in the shed and some plants I cobbled together from the local petrol station Ones for my mum and the other for poor elderly neighbour who hasn’t left the house for 4 weeks! Should cheer them both up a bit x

@SomiaOT Hang in there Somia. What ever you do will b good enough. I've been having regular 'huddles' with my OTAs. Started this a while ago. With current situation it's an addition to provide support around anxieties. Keeping in touch with those at home to help.

I feel like anxiety management is massive during this pandemic, interested to see how other OTs are currently helping people manage their anxiety (also need some validation I feel I have lost it this week 😂)

BREAKING: The NHS will run out of gowns within HOURS & will ask doctors & nurses to work without full-length protection - @guardian. This is outrageous, @MattHancock - you've spent all week insisting there's enough PPE for frontline medics. Where is it???????????
