Fair enough if you saw it differently. My point wasn’t that Ami had bad intentions. I just think there’s a difference between saying “I interpreted it another way” and acting like there’s no conceivable reason someone might see it differently given Peterson’s very public struggles.

@thisiknow_ @amiKozak Fair enough. I may be reading it differently because of some of the very public health struggles he’s had. I definitely don’t think Ami meant anything malicious, and I agree a lot of what he does comes from admiration.

To be clear, I think Ami Kozak is genuinely brilliant, and I really don’t think there was any bad intention here. I usually enjoy his stuff a lot. This one just didn’t land for me personally. Jordan Peterson is someone many people sincerely respect and have learned from, and given some of the very public struggles he’s gone through, the joke felt a little off to me.

@dovid_s @amiKozak He’s not mocking his illness in any way (at least I’m sure it wasn’t the intention). This is an impression of Dr. Peterson sleeping, not being sick. Sleep is a healthy state.

🚨 I was almost taken hostage in Cuba... I went to Cuba to document the humanitarian crisis and show life under 60+ years of communism and now amid the US blockade. Once I landed, they seized all my cameras except my iPhone and had intelligence agents following me all day until my security noticed their spies tailing us to the hotel where they waited all night for us to come down. Under communism there is no free speech, and those who show the reality or speak up are imprisoned. Me going without a planned Cuban government guide nearly got me and my security taken hostage or imprisoned. The situation in Cuba is much worse than anyone knows.

The threats are real, they want to kill. Here is the truth about the "radicalized": right now a small group of Americans have become and are becoming radicalized. This is a major problem, heres why: Say 1% of the US is "radicalized" that is ~3 million people. 0.5% is 1.5 million, 0.1% is 300,000 people. You currently have a large army of people who want to kill their “opposition” For years now people and elected officials have falsely called their opposition Nazis and fascists - now enough people believe it to the point where they are killing.
