Over 10 years, my teams at my agency SuperFriendly delivered 125 projects. Projects ranged from free to $960k ($89K on average). We tracked, documented, and organized every single one in a giant spreadsheet. Now, I’ve turned it into something you can use. I’m sharing this for a few reasons: 1️⃣ What gets measured gets managed. We can’t make more money if we can’t even talk about it on the same page. 2️⃣ To show what’s possible. I didn’t know it was possible to sell a website for $10k—or $100k—until I did. What if I had known sooner? I can’t change that for me, but I might be able to for you. 3️⃣ It makes me a better teacher. I can’t teach “real-world” lessons if I’m hiding the real numbers. @DenisJeliazkov @sketch @figma 100% agree, I miss Sketch so much, working in it felt so much smoother, faster and efficient (although it’s exports of .png caused problems in our workflow/product as there’s a slight discrepancy in the consistency of pixel boundary with transparency).

I've just read that illustrator Russell Bell sadly past away earlier this year from cancer. His style was hugely influential on the industry, he was probably known best for his way finding work for the Barbican and defining the Monocle aesthetic. RIP - Russell Bell 1958–2022
