@UberEats already done that, doesn't make customer service any better. Driver wasn't interested, neither was the restaurant, no receipt on the bag, £40 down, no food, and I 'might' get a refund in up to 15 days - seriously lousy customer service on all parts.

@McDonaldsUK @UberEats such a disappointing service ordering through the McDonald's app. Delivery incorrect one meal instead of 5. Driver didn't care, store didn't care, so we call Uber and am told it might take up to 15 days for the refund. Customer service all round = 0️⃣/🔟

@Logitech Latency means what was previously instant could now take a second or three, and that feels like a lifetime when it should (and used to) work immediately. Thanks for your idiocy making technology noticeable and annoying versus something seamless that adds value. Good job 🙄

@ToddW_Logitech @Logitech Shame on you. Home automation needs to run locally and not be dependent on the cloud/internet. I shouldn't have to reach out through the internet and back in with all that latency to control my devices however I want to! 💩

@Logitech You didn't address the vulnerability, you simply cut off the limb rather than stitch a gash! and in doing so mean my home automation now has to traverse the internet to your cloud and I have to live with the latency, uptime and bandwidth requirements which comes with that. Poor!

@TUIUKcares Hi Huel, with respect, our seats were not together, looking at all other seats AVAILABLE (40+ pairs), they were not SAVED I went through all pairs + could purchase all pairs if I pay extra? TUI have booked us seats apart, forcing us to pay extra? How is this not a scam?

@TUIUK After a 48hr+ flight delay with no reps at airport & being told no help can be given with accommodation during the delay plus appalling customer service when claiming compensation I wouldn’t use TUI ever again.

Just got off the Nottingham bound train in Leicester. Credit to the train manager who dealt excellently with a troublesome passenger, and remained very calm throughout! @EMTrains
