@bookingcom - sent a message to chat last week, advised to contact hotel directly over cancellation, then Hotel directed me back to you. Your chat bot says someone will get back in 24 hours-is that over five days of waiting #bookingcom avoid this bad service use @hotelsdotcomuk

my advise if you are unlucky enough to fly into this place, then don't buy anything... as they are so slow in dealing with problems, but that tells you a lot? #Problem #airport #customerservice #EastMidlandsAirport

@SkyHelpTeam So if an elderly gentleman calls after you text him to stay and your handlers offers for his son to call back and hold the deal and they get very unhelpful staff waiting for an hour not to fulfill on the offer, with no call being logged and having to wait 82 hours to review

@SkyHelpTeam what an utter waste of time where my father gets a text following him wanting to cancel broadband, to be offered a deal, and then for me to call to confirm and then told there is no record, then the second call handler says "Jesus Christ".... #broadband #badservice

@SkyHelpTeam I understand this, but this was on the same day? Then to he laughed at ? Also I asked why a new customer could get £27.50 for a better deal and you were asking for nearer £50 for half the speed - notwithstanding this is a vulnerable person, where does Consumer duty fit in?

Please listen to the call recording which nearly lasted an hour, what a way to deal with a vulnerable customer... the handlers were rude and dismissive of any common sense or apathy
