It's such a whole different world in palliative care.. Was talking with one of the palliative care docs the other day about opioid doses and she stated she's had a patient on 3000mg of morphine before 🤯🤯

@micsolana So I am allergic to fur. And then there are situations like this. Why is this allowed again? I get the support dogs and all that thing. No one used to need them is all I know. If I end up with a dog next to me it is death by slow asphyxiation

my bf is on a plane to miami right now and a bulldog in the row next to him just had diarrhea. everyone freaked out, the dog owner began sobbing, and the dog escaped. now, covered in poo, it is running around the plane. people are lifting up their legs and screaming.

They asked FB people to call hospital on his behalf, and he was discharged in 12 hrs. His PM increased his ketamine by 50%. No appt ever happened. Still suicidal. Not a great cpp rep
