@Zepzi @HederaFndn When times were pretty dark, your regular commentary with the hbar bull kept me in the Hedera world and kept me accumulating hbars. I can't thank you enough! There isn't anyone in the hedera community I respect more.

Some personal news - as of last month - I am no longer at @HederaFndn. For ~4 years I ran the socials, for the first ~3 years I led marketing, and for the final year I had the honour of working closely with ecosystem teams both new and old from the BD side of the org. The past years at HF have been invaluable. I learnt more than the previous decade combined, met countless new people and community members, and had the privilege of turning my greatest passion into a profession. For that I am deeply grateful for all those that trusted me across the org throughout my time there - with a special shoutout here to James, @GregoryLBell, and @CharlesXAdkins. Reflecting on 2025, I'm proud of the host of Hedera-native community builders we were able to support such as @TradeInOrbit, @bonzo_finance, @SilkSuiteDEX, @deadpixels_club, @gib_plz, @tashiprotocol, and beyond. Alongside this we increased access to Hedera via T1 bridges like @StargateFinance (@LayerZero_Core) and @squidrouter (@axelar), secured T1 CEX listings for @USDC, and led the go live of bluechips like canonical @WrappedBTC and WETH on the network. In the same year, the launch of the first HBAR ETF was a seismic achievement (s/o @GregoryLBell and @CanaryFunds) - with HBAR becoming the first spot ETF after BTC and ETH. This was a true testament to the institutional-grade nature of the network. Further, the work of @EQTYLab with NVIDIA, Intel, and Accenture put Hedera at the forefront of Verifiable AI, and UK-first asset tokenisation developments with Lloyds and @ArchaxEx positioned Hedera as a core player in RWAs. All in all, 2025 was a strong year for the network - though there is no doubt that there is still a lot of work to be done. No slowing down in 2026. So, what’s next? I joined the @Hedera community in 2020 and have posted almost daily about the ecosystem in some capacity since. It’s wild to think it’s been nearly 6 years. Over these years it's become increasingly clear which players are here to stay. To be brutally honest - the vast majority aren't. There are far too many networks and protocols held up by fake metrics - paid for by the highest bidder - designed to extract capital until the last person turns off the light. This is unsustainable. Hedera on the other hand is one of the handful of networks that continues to capture both institutions and enterprises alike. Over the last two months alone we've seen giants like @Repsol and @FedEx join the Council. It's exciting to see the industry finally mature to meet the network where it has always been. With this all in mind, I plan to remain in the Hedera ecosystem, and look forward to sharing what's next over the coming weeks 🫡

@thehbarbull @hedera IMO HA has greatly outperformed the HF this year. Moving capital to the most promising projects makes sense. Maybe some of it will fund HEAT accelerated projects. Plus Charles seemed on a different page at the year-end leadership show.

There may be some community misinterpretation going on from the latest @Hedera Council meeting minutes. 👀
