Got to love @BritishGas try to get a refund (hundreds in credit) after talking to a foreign chat agent all they do is promise its getting sorted. Try to raise a complaint - solution = chat. What a farce. If I was hundreds in arrears my gas would be off.

Do you use the Lloyds, Bank of Scotland or Halifax apps? People have been messsaging me this morning of being shown other peoples transactions. I want to see how widespread this is. Has it happened to you. If so
a) What are you seeing? Which app.
b) If it is someone elses transactions does it give any of their details too (name, account number etc)?

I'm sincerely hoping that @LloydsBank come clean with a full explanation of exactly what happened, how many customers have been affected, the data that has been seen by 3rd parties. How do you know if your information has been seen by others .This is surely a massive data breach.

What is gods name is going on with the #halfixbank app just open it and seen an persons transactions closed it down and log in again to see another persons. @HalifaxBank this is a massive data breach I am in such a panic.

@BritishGas strikes again, twice in less than a week. After all the hassle just days ago we went over to quarterly. We was told 24 hours it would be changed over. Get 7 texts at 2am this morning telling us we need to top up baring in mind we have no card to top up. P1

@dadbegg @OctopusEnergy I finally gave up with Octopus and moved to British Gas. Within two weeks they had sent an engineer and installed two new meters, which have worked perfectly ever since.

is anything but that. Had smart meters installed 5th November. The gas meter has never worked! But we've been waiting weeks for an engineer to even make an appointment to fix it.

@DirectLine what’s a fabulous experience! I’ve never had one like it. Claimed via the app somebody came and picked up my car. Somebody else came and dropped me and identical Hire car. The procedure was reversed within a week and my car looks better than it did when it was New.
