Various state police are sending notices to Twitter seeking user details even for trivial issues, like mere criticism of state functioning. Such cases rarely hold up in court, and even the police know it. They still proceed because they know that the process is the punishment. They seek details; Twitter notifies the user that the police want their information, that alone is usually enough to scare most people. If details are shared, the user is called to the police station for questioning. In most cases, they’re let go after that, but by then the process has worn them down enough to deter them from speaking again. So people, waqt sahi nahi hai. Unless you have strong backing and/or big money, be careful about what you write. The rights you think you have don’t actually exist if a state decides to go after you.

Please do not get tired of me posting about the same thing. The stakes are high! Its a matter of crores of Indians, especially children. When it comes to children, hesitancy can have a cost! We cannot allow history to repeat! There may not be another Dr Sivaranjani to fight again. It's not just eRZL, but no drink should be positioned in the pharmacies along with WHO recommended formula ORS, and even better, none of the other beverages should be available in the pharmacies, hospitals, and schools. In 1971, amidst the mud & blood of refugee camps, 1 man defied the entire medical world. While doctors begged for IV drips that did not exist, Dilip Mahalanabis mixed salt & sugar in plastic drums & told the dying to drink. He was a ghost who used the physics of the human gut to defeat Cholera. He never patented his formula, choosing to save millions instead of making millions. He died in 2022, an unrecognized giant who gave the world its most successful medicine for the price of a pinch of salt. Born in 1934 in West Bengal, Dilip Mahalanabis was a pediatrician by training. He was a researcher at the Johns Hopkins University International Centre for Medical Research & Training in Calcutta. He spent his early career in the Silo of elite academic research, studying how fluids move through the human body. Despite his elite training, he was a man of the people. He did not want to stay in a comfortable air-conditioned hospital while a crisis was brewing. During the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War, millions of refugees poured into West Bengal. A cholera epidemic broke out in the camps. People were dying in heaps. There were not enough IV fluids/needles/trained doctors. The conventional medical wisdom said: "Only IV drips can save a cholera patient." Dr. Mahalanabis knew the physics of S.N. De’s discovery. He knew that if he could get the concentration of salt & sugar exactly right, the gut would pump the water back into the body. He prepared the Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) in massive drums, using untrained volunteers to distribute it to dying refugees. The mortality rate dropped from 30% to 3%. He proved that a 5 paise solution was more effective than a 50 rupees IV bag. He never patented ORS. He believed that something so fundamental to human survival should belong to the world. Because there was no money/corporate patent attached to his name, the world used his work but forgot his face. For decades, he lived quietly in Calcutta. He was a global consultant for the WHO, helping eliminate cholera in dozens of countries, yet in his own neighborhood, he was just the retired doctor from down the street. He died in 2022. It was only after his death that many of his relatives & neighbors realized he was the man The Lancet described as the creator of the most important medical advance in the 20th century. We finally awarded him our 2nd highest civilian honor, Padma Vibhushan, but it came after he passed away. He lived & died a Ghost.

And they have done it 6.8 million times. The hospital is called Aravind. It was started in 1976 by a man named Govindappa Venkataswamy, known as Dr. V. He was 58, had just been forced to retire, and his hands were crippled by arthritis so bad he could barely hold a pen. He had scalpels custom-made for his twisted fingers and still performed over 100,000 eye surgeries in his life. Two years before he retired, Dr. V walked into a McDonald’s for the first time. He looked at the menu, looked at the assembly line in the back, and came out with an odd idea. He would sell cataract surgeries the way McDonald’s sold burgers. So he mortgaged his house. His brothers and sisters pooled their life savings. He opened an 11-bed clinic in Madurai. Then he flew to Chicago and enrolled in Hamburger University, the actual McDonald’s training program, to learn how the assembly line worked. At Aravind, cataract surgery is broken into small steps. Nurses prep one patient while the surgeon operates on another. Each surgeon switches between two tables. The operation itself takes about six minutes. So far Aravind has seen 55 million patients and done 6.8 million surgeries. More than half of those patients paid nothing. Not a rupee. The ones who can pay subsidize the ones who cannot. A surgery at Aravind costs between $40 and $125 depending on the lens. In the US, Medicare pays about $1,766 for the same operation. Aravind also has better results. Their complication rate is 1.5%, and serious eye infections happen in about 2 out of every 10,000 surgeries. Most American hospitals are not that good. They built their own lens factory too, called Aurolab. Imported lenses were costing hundreds of dollars each, so Aurolab makes them for around ten. Today Aurolab produces roughly 10% of the world’s eye lenses and ships to 160 countries. Every year, Aravind sends doctors and nurses out to rural villages for 2,500 eye camps. They screen people who have been blind for years, bus them to the hospital, operate on them, and bus them back home seeing. Dr. V died in 2006. His family still runs Aravind. Harvard Business School has been teaching the story as a case study since 1993. A 58-year-old with crippled hands walked into a McDonald’s. After FSSAI order, Kenvue rebranded ORSL to eRZL and marketed it as new version of ORSL in violation of FSSAI order and Delhi High Court order, I have filed a Trade Mark objection to this rebranding(minor tweaking with everything else remaining the same). I have raised awareness that eRZL was not ORS, and that Sucralose containing drinks should not be given on a daily basis to children as per WHO conditional recommendation of 2023 and also as per various academies of Paediatrics . I have reached out to IAP president Dr Neelam Mohan that eRZL can still mislead ignorant parents, to ask Kenvue to rebrand eRZL not to look like ORSL which misled millions, and to ask Kenvue to not promote them as daily hydration drinks for children. Kenvue issued a public statement that their 'scientific drinks' were validated at PEDICON. KENVUE AND JOHNSON&JOHNSON PTE LTD sent me a notice accusing me of spreading unscientific information for commercial interests and views, threatening to put a defamation case against me. I have once again asked the IAP leadership to 1. Ask Kenvue to rebrand eRZL to not look like ORSL 2. To ask Kenvue to not promote electrolyte drinks as daily hydration drinks for children 3. To condemn the notice issued to me by Kenvue and Johnson&Johnson Pte Ltd 4. To condemn the public notice issued by Kenvue that its scientific products were validated at PEDICON. A phase started where most paediatricians were supporting the cause, but the committee formed by Dr Neelam Mohan issued a position statement on ORS and electrolyte drinks in which extra emphasis was put on the safety of Sucralose without talking about the other artificial sweeteners and without alerting the parents about the dangers of the long term effects of Sucralose like the risk of diabetes and related complications, clearly showing a conflict of interest(most IAP programmes are sponsored by Kenvue). A phase started where paediatricians close to the leadership started spreading messages to malign my name. The biggest lie was that I had never reached out to the IAP before and that I am begging them for legal support now. I AM ABSOLUTELY NOT EXPECTING ANY LEGAL SUPPORT FROM THEM. I WAS MISQUOTED IN SOME NEWS THAT I RESIGNED BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET SUPPORT. I DID ASK THEM TO CONDEMN THE NOTICE SENT TO ME, BUT I RESIGNED BECAUSE COMPANY'S INTERESTS WERE BEING PRIORITIZED OVER CHILD SAFETY. I have each and every message and mail to all the leadership of state IAP, and to Dr Basvaraj(president 2024), Dr Vasant(president 2025), and Dr Neelam Mohan. BASICALLY ANYTHING TO PULL ME DOWN AND TO LET THE CHILDREN SUFFER BECAUSE OF THE MISLEADING BRANDING AND MARKETING OF eRZL AS ORSL. IAP LEADERSHIP CAN'T LET GO OF THE FUNDS FROM KENVUE AND THE EB MEETINGS AT HOTELS AND ON CRUISES! I will share with you the notice sent to me, the public notice issued by Kenvue, the IAP's position statement, and what Dr Neelam Mohan says whenever she is asked to ask Kenvue to rebrand eRZL so as not to look like ORSL, and whenever IAP leadership is requested to reach out to the Govt. to address the misbranding and misleading marketing. Please read it and tell me if I can survive this and make it work, with 1.Kenvue still wanting to continue with the misleading branding and marketing 2. With the FSSAI giving permission to eRZL without a blink and not taking action inspite of the misleading marketing (violating the FSSAI order and the Delhi High Court 's order). 3. Dear Countrymen, Investors & A/C holders, Sub: Curious Case of @AxisBank Let me tell you a story about how @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport is running a bank. On Monday I received a an email telling me I had an outstanding Home Loan and that I was to pay an amount of ₹15,025. Funnily enough, I have never taken a home loan from Axis Bank and I have no outstanding debt as of today, 18th April, 2026. After this I wrote email after email to the Sunder Nagar Branch Head, Operations Head, as well as to my relationship manager, and to the Nodal officer of Axis bank and received two auto generated emails, first telling me they were “looking into it” with the reference number/ ticket number -20084194 and second asking me to send them self attested copies of my Aadhar card, PAN card and proof of my CIBIL score being affected, all of which I have religiously been updating in KYC every year, so they had access to it already. Today I received an automated email addressing me as “Raghu Dharamshi PATEL ”and thanking me for the payment of Rs.400/-. Despite having basically defrauded me and illegally adding my name to a loan I had nothing to do with (I have never set foot in Palm Beach forget buying property there), due to which my cibil score was affected, today I received A LEGAL NOTICE from AXIS BANK’s lawyer Mr. SHAH for not paying the instalment of the aforementioned loan. These corporate bankers are nothing but criminals in fancy suits waiting for a chance to harass common citizens. I have already provided all documents. These mobsters are harassing me when I am already recovering from a long ailment. This was not something I wished to escalate but this scummy behaviour must not go without consequences. When they want you to open an account, invest money, take a loan with their bank but go conveniently MIA when there is a (being cautiously optimistic here) mistake on their end. Now kindly suggest how much should the payout for this mental harassment be, and whose head should roll? Dear countrymen, your money, assets, and data are not safe in these private banks.
