@dylanowen02 @easyJet Wait the 90 days then claim off your insurance if not money is refunded. They are still obligated to refund you. I myself a couple of years ago got money from both. Just wait out the 90 day’s.

Hi @easyJet I submitted a refund request on 19th May and was advised it would take 28 days to process. It’s been well over 28 days now and no refund received. Could you look into this please?

@easyJet I’ve had no correspondence whatsoever until making it public here. European Regulation EC 261/2004 obliges the airline to refund the full price of the ticket within 7 days when a flight has been cancelled. Can you look into my request please? #outofpocket #skintos
