I've been putting a lot of time to research health topics lately, and I have something like a barbell approach: 1) Reddit anecdotes 2) Studies Gives me enough to start own experiments.

Primary interest right now is health/nutrition/biology/languages (easy enough)/learning to use AI more effectively Things along this vein, just trying to become as athletic and healthy as possible is my main goal at the moment, intense training / nutrition / injury prevention / rehabilitation etc etc And then some side hobbies like languages and what not, am upping the pressure as I get more efficient at learning these topics

I lost everything its over My second cycle and I lost again Made 5m+ and instead of stabling up I bought dips on big memes like popcat giga mumu retardio and then crashed like 90-95% and then I sold the bottom and tried leverage trade I made 65k and then I done it again and I am now down to my last penny close to my liquidation And after this I will be at 0 I don’t know if I can or have the will or energy to do this again from 0 I am officially fucked

Skype ceases to exist in 2 months Me and my friends still use Skype regularly if we need to make international phone calls, not online calls, but PHONE calls, like calling US IRS or smth I wouldn't know where else to do that I can't use my phone for it cause would be super expensive Spinning up a basic website that works on laptop and mobile, that charges credits (not free!) and lets you voice calls anywhere probably gets you to $1M ARR in no time I think And there's 100% an API out there that already does that so all you need to build is a front end And you have 2 months to build it cause then Skype ceases to exist!
