🚨 NBC: Trump administration officials confirmed to Congress in a closed-door briefing that the US was responsible for targeting the area where an Iranian girls’ school was struck. Scores of children killed. Not Iran. Not a misfire. Not collateral damage from someone else. Us. The White House posted bomb videos like highlight reels. Hegseth bragged about “death and destruction from the sky all day long.” Trump did a victory lap this morning. And behind closed doors — they told Congress we killed children at a school. This is now confirmed by the administration itself. Say their names.

Trump: Earlier today, CENTCOM shared the news that three U.S. military service members have been killed in action… And sadly, there will likely be more before it ends. That’s the way it is. Likely be more.

Rep. Jason Crow on the president warning Americans could die: "How amazing of Donald Trump to say, you know, that often happens in war. And that's a cost he's willing to take. Great for him. It's not his kids. It's not his family. It's not his billionaire donors who are having to go off and do it."

@echoey13 @AnciraBecky Agreed. That doesn’t mean that Covid doesn’t increase the risk of cancer. It just means that if it does, it’ll be harder to attribute the contribution

These cancers aren’t following any predictable pattern—because this isn’t normal. We’re six years into this, and the common denominator keeps pointing back to Covid. Kids should never be having strokes. Teens shouldn’t be collapsing from heart attacks. And we shouldn’t be forced to start screening for colon cancer 15 years earlier. Something has changed—drastically—and it’s time we stop pretending otherwise. 😡

🇺🇲 Question Everything-AZ 🌵
Whether it’s 18 a day or 22 a day, that’s unacceptable under ANY president. Veterans’ lives aren’t a partisan scoreboard. And let’s be honest about who actually has the power to change this: Ruben Gallego sits in Congress. Congress controls VA funding, staffing levels, program expansions, and oversight. That means he can push to: • Increase mental-health staffing & suicide-prevention funding • Reduce claims & appointment backlogs • Expand community care access • Hold VA leadership accountable If Ruben truly cared, he’d be passing legislation and forcing oversight, not just posting talking points on X. Veterans deserve solutions, not excuses.

The Trump admin just rewrote VA rules so your disability rating is based on how you function while medicated, not how severe your condition actually is. It forces vets into an impossible choice: get treatment and risk losing the benefits you earned, or protect your rating and skip the care you need. As a veteran who lives with PTSD myself, and who has watched my Marine brothers fight their own battles long after coming home, I know how dangerous that is. I’m going to fight to reverse this.

@DAVHQ I’m sad that veterans feel lied to but they should have expected this. Republicans NEVER increase money for social programs including those for veterans. I swear they should have learned by now. It’s up versus down not left versus right. Only vote for those in your tax bracket.

Disabled American Veterans (DAV)
DAV is extremely disappointed and alarmed by VA’s decision to issue an Interim Final Rule today that could potentially reduce disability compensation for millions of disabled veterans. The new regulation would allow VA to reduce disability compensation ratings for veterans who take medications to control their conditions or reduce their symptoms. The rule—which disregards clear decisions from the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, Jones v. Shinseki, 26 Vet. App. 56 (2012) & Ingram v. Collins, 38 Vet. App. 130 (2025)—was developed and issued in a closed and unnecessarily expedited process that effectively shut out veterans from providing any meaningful input. It is unclear if and how VA is implementing this dramatic change and how it will impact the more than 6 million veterans currently receiving disability compensation, most of whom are taking at least one medication. dav.org/learn-more/new…

@CalltoActivism No, they don’t have to match. Just bring your marriage certificate with you, which is the same thing they had to do when they changed their name in the first place.

🚨ALARM: Republicans are closer to ramming the SAVE ACT through, the Project 2025 voter-ID bill that requires voter’s current names to MATCH their birth certificates. 79% of married women take a spouse’s name. This could disenfranchise MILLIONS of women. #HandsOffHerVote
