Terrible experience on @IndiGo6E flight 6318 from Delhi to Mumbai. Flight touches down and takes off again in seconds. ‘Environment’ given as a reason for aborted landing . Have never quite experienced anything like this ever. Flight hovers around Mumbai, lands an hour later. Not a word of apology from the staff. Now waiting for 20 minutes for luggage to come (wait has now stretched now to 40 minutes and no one to attend to passengers at the belt.. wake up Mumbai Airport, just not upto standards for India’s commercial capital ). Crazy as it gets. Indigo is an example of how a fine carrier can rapidly go downhill. Stop taking passengers for granted!
