I think the biggest edge you can have as a Peptides company is trust if you and actually find a seller there’s thousands all with same claims of purity lab tests coas but there bullshitting it there’s very few that really know what’s going on a lot of sellers don’t even know what their selling

Blood work will be free too bro. I’m going to be so rich bro!” This Guy spends $500k - $1,000,000 to launch and get 7 organic customers. Meanwhile Chad media buyer prices his glp1 at $300 a month. Customer never talks to a doctor once and he scales 1000’s of customers a day with paid marketing. I don’t care how amazing your peptide / weight loss brand is … you will always be beat by a chad media buyer. Medvi proved this, many other companies you have not heard of also proved this. My prediction for this peptide craze… lots of people / companies who don’t understand the above are going to go broke FAST.

Hey @Shopify @ShopifySupport @harleyf Today I got billed from a fraudulent store named theveluna.com (the merchant name in my transaction was SP THE VELUNA). I lost almost 7k. If you go to their website and best sellers, they have abnormal prices for their products. My credit card data was likely stolen elsewhere and used to bill me through this store. I already contacted @slashapp support (they have been amazing and are already on it 🙏). But I would highly appreciate if you could also take a look at this from your side to stop this merchant. Sales reps lose deals over the dumbest sh*t. Bad WiFi. Blurry camera. Echoing mic. Think it’s trivial? Your prospect thinks it’s sloppy. I've seen 6-fig deals die because a rep looked like they were calling from a basement with a 2012 webcam. Meanwhile the competitor shows up crystal clear with a ring light and closes in 2 calls. Your setup is your first impression. If you can't invest $200 in a decent camera and mic, why would I trust you with a $50K contract? Fix your setup or lose to someone who did.
